SHIPPING
  • Freight cost depends on your location, please contact us for a quotation or use our freight calculator.
  • Delivery will be made by Fastway Couriers.
  • A $1,500 Insurance is included in freight cost when shipped with Fastway Couriers.
  • If you purchase and pay for more then one item at a time, we will combine your order so you will not have multiple freight charges.
  • Webmaniacs are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to any product whilst in transit after it has left our warehouse. Webmaniacs will however ensure that the product is properly packaged and labeled.
RETURNS
  • No product will be accepted for return, refund or credit after 7 days from the date of invoice. Software is non-refundable if opened.
  • A 30% restocking fee will apply if the product has been opened.
  • Customer is responsible for returning defective products.
  • Networking and software error is not warrantable.
  • Labour and delivery (to and from) will be charged if goods returned are found not faulty.
  • Webmaniacs are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to any product whilst in transit to Webmaniacs.
RETURN PROCEDURE
For any products you need to return to us for warranty, you must first fill in the RA (Return Authority) form. Fax or email it back to us for us to issue you with an RA number. Then you can return your product to us for warranty repair. Please note that sometimes it may be quicker if you send it back to the manufacturer directly for repair.

WARRANTY
Webmaniacs provides a Manufacturer's warranty on most items. Unless stated otherwise, this is as follows:
  • Parts and Peripherals - 1 Year Manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise
  • Monitors - 3 years On-site Manufacturer's warranty
  • Computer Systems - 1 years on parts and 3 years on labour return to base warranty
  • Webmaniacs will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling
